This is an amazing app, I'm so glad I found it. It has hundreds of options for what food you've eaten and estimates the calories very accurately as far as I can tell. However, the workout tracker portion is quite lacking. I can't track half my workout because the options aren't there. Otherwise, I highly recommend downloading Lose It. Full Review

Lose It has all of the features My Fitness Pal is lacking plus that extra bit of love that makes an app great. The navigation and flow is fantastic. I'm okay with going premium if the app actually works and syncs correctly with Google Fit. Bravo team! Full Review

Wonderful app with the best library of food I've seen. Only doing the free version. I will raise to 5 stars or pay for the premium when you can get a section to cater to the keto diet. But all in all, I love it and the best for what I want it for, compared to others. Full Review

Lose it has made it so easy on my weight loss journey. For years I had been using other methods including pills and for the 1st time I am pill free and just going of this app and following my calories intake based on what lose it gave me as my daily calories and so far a month later I am 13lbs lighter and continue to lose! Ive been overweight most if my life and finally the doctor made me realize it was timr to do something about it so I searched for a calorie counter. It will be 4 weeks this coming Monday, and I already have last just about 20lbs. The app is great at helping but will power is definitely part of it too! Full Review

I had no idea what calorie values things had. This finds them and helps me recognize my bad eating habits. I have lost 10lbs in 3mo just my following a healthy goal. No weird dieting, I just don't over eat and focus on using my daily caloric intake in a useful way. (I still eat cookies, just not the whole pack.) Full Review

I love that you can scan your food. I've used other apps where you have to search for the food. It wasn't always easy to find exactly what I was eating and sometimes I had to go with what was closest to what I was eating. Full Review

Great app if you're trying to lose weight! If you're like me and constantly busy, maybe you're not sure at the end of the day what or how much you ate, then this app is perfect for you! For the first time in 6 years, I'm actually losing weight that I thought I didn't have time to lose! You can even set reminders to log in the food you ate! It's great :) Full Review

This app has been very helpful in losing weight and watching how much sugar and cholesterol I take in. The free version is pretty good and I'm satisfied with it. If you pay then you get a lot more helpful additions. I personally don't need them but still its not a bad price for meal planning, recipes, and such. Out of all the apps I've used for tracking over the years this seems to be the best one yet. I did get the upgrade and believe it's been more than worth the money. If I had a complaint it would be that there doesnt seem to be any way to edit recipes or additions to my food list. BUT, I totally love this app! Full Review

Very easy to use and helps you start to descipline your eating habits. I have lost ten pounds in the last month by sticking to my calorie numbers and making smart descisions. I started dieting on December 8th I use my Fitbit for tracking my workouts (and log all my works out manually) from what I'm reading premium will do that auotmatically; and I follow this programs calorie intake suggestions. I have since lost 60 lbs. If your looking to diet and want a good way to track calories I highly suggest this app. Full Review
